Lacking in Total customer service, boy and man in shop very understanding to the problems we were all experiencing, today different story, awful awful lady on phone totally doesn't get the customer service and problematic dynamics of everyday life, and totally lacking in basic communication, this woman shouldn't be working there if she is going to wind customers up on phone and be a loose cannon in the shop. I would be happy to speak to Londis customer service head office if there one or the shop owner and discuss this further.
